Good Feeling

I’m back from my second boxing circuit session. Body broken, aching and crying with each movement.

But it’s a good feeling. I know the pain is coming from being active, using muscles that have not been properly used for a long time. I know that the more movement I incorporate, the better I’ll feel and the less my muscles will ache.

I will not abandon my quest for greater fitness. But for now, a little lie down is in order.
