I’m no tenderfoot, but it’s been so long since I wrote here that I might as well be. I don’t want to cause a scene, but I am back!
Back from the god-awful process of moving house.
It went as well as it gets. Removalists were fantastic blokes and got it all done in five hours. Kids were all home from school on that day; not part of my plan but they each turned out to be fabulous helpers at the new home. They unpacked, put away, re-jigged furniture around.
We are settled I guess. There’s still a few things left at the old house—we aren’t fully out until the end of this month. Hubster is organising the second living area in the new home right now as it had become the dumping ground for all those things we didn’t know what to do with.
It’s now school holidays. I’m the only one who still has to leave each day for work, so that’s going to be brutal in a way. In another light, it’ll be fun.
Anyway, it’s grand to be back here again. How are you all? Tell me, tell me, tell me!
Nice to see you again, Linda. Hope you are all settling in nicely. As to me, by country is going to hell in a handbasket, but otherwise everything is just swell!

Hi, glad all is going ok with the house moving and the kids being a good help. Hope the stress wasn’t too much.
A junk room is good in the SHORT TERM. Sort and donate or send to the tip. maybe a pile in the street with free stuff sign or have $10 so people will steal it 😂😂
I am still topsy turvy. Must write and tell the latest xx
