Gosh, a busy few days.
Fear not, I am still here trying to keep up with everything. I say keep up. I say busy, but four hours of today were taken up with sitting in a chair at the hairdresser.
When I come home with gorgeous, refreshed (read: no grey roots) hair, I find an email in my spam folder by some fucktard saying they’ve accessed one of my passwords, watched me via my webcam and will publish everything on the internet, including the darknet.
Surreal. Annoying.
I can stop him if I pay $800 in bitcoin in three days. The email was dated 29th July 2019.
I guess I’m already screwed.
Those e-mails seem to arrive with monotonous regularity. I need to set up a rule in my e-mail application to send them straight to trash.

Yeah, there was about three of them all dated last Monday. Weird thing was the password was almost spot-on. I’m getting Hubster to run a scan thingo-majigo just to be on the safe side.

I’ve had these Bitcoin ransom comments show up in my WordPress spam folder. Just ignore them.

Thanks. It was more than time for Hubster to run a thingo on my laptop anyway so we did it. And the password spelt out in the email was nearly correct 😳
